Terms & Conditions - Northcourt House Retreat
1. Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 30%is required to secure your place.
Your place is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the retreat start date.
If the balance is not paid on time, your place may be released.
We strongly recommend that all guests take out personal travel insurance at the time of booking. This protects you in the event of unexpected illness, injury, family emergencies, transport issues, or anything else that prevents you from attending. Most UK travel insurance policies cover prepaid UK trips of two nights or more, which includes this retreat. Our payments and deposits are non-refundable, so insurance is the best way to safeguard your investment.
2. Payment Methods
Safe, secure payments are accepted via PayPal (including PayPal Pay-in-3 where available).
Bank transfer and Stripe payment links can be provided on request.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you cancel after paying the full balance, refunds are not guaranteed.
If we are able to refill your space, a partial refund may be considered, minus the non-refundable deposit and any admin fees.
4. Transfer of Booking
You may transfer your place to another person only with prior written approval from Noni.
Any transfers must be completed before X date.
5. Retreat Changes or Cancellation (by us)
If we must cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
◦ A full refund OR
◦ Transfer to a future date
We are not responsible for any personal travel costs or accommodation arrangements outside the retreat booking.
6. Health & Safety
By booking, you confirm that you are responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing throughout the retreat.
You agree to disclose any relevant health conditions that may affect your participation.
Failure to mention existing medication or medical conditions may result in removal from the retreat without refund, if it poses a risk to you or others. This retreat does not replace medical or psychiatric care.
7. Behaviour & Participation
Respect for the group, facilitators, and the space is expected at all times.
Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in being asked to leave the retreat without refund.
Confidentiality is mandatory. Anything shared by fellow attendees or facilitators must remain within the retreat. No personal information, stories, or disclosures may be repeated, recorded, or discussed outside the space. The organisation will also treat all participant information as strictly confidential.
8. Photography & Privacy
Retreat moments may be photographed for marketing.
If you prefer not to be included in photos, please notify us in writing before arrival.
9. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk.
We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage to personal property.
10. By paying your deposit, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
